World Aquatic Animal Day Lunch & Learn

Join our community partners Veggies Do It Better and Animal Rights Collective Portland (ARCPDX) for a special #LunchBreakLIVE on UncahinedTV News Network in honor of World Aquatic Animal Day. Chelsea V Davis will be interviewing MacKenzie DeVito, CEO of No Bones Beach Club, as MacKenzie makes her Coastal Inspired Po Boy with crispy fried artichokes, cabbage, tomatoes, pickles, onion, and chipotle tartar sauce (recipe coming!) and talks about her plant-based seafood line and how she was able to make the switch from restaurant owner to a wholesale plant-based food supplier. Chelsea will also share about the 30×30 campaign and offer ways we can encourage our governments worldwide to protect our oceans.

Everyone who attends and comments on the live stream will be entered to win an official World Aquatic Animal Day mason jar from The Roaring Vegans and No Bones Beach Club merch.

This event will stream live on UnchainedTV’s Facebook page. At 12:30pmPST on Sunday, April 3rd you can either go to their page directly or click “go to link” above to be taken to the UnchainedTV Facebook page.

MacKenzie DeVito is the Founder and CEO of No Bones Beach Club, the world’s first plant-based beach bar with former locations in Seattle, Portland, and Chicago. When the pandemic hit she turned to innovation and her close network of the industry to pivot No Bones from a restaurant chain into a food service solutions company. No Bones officially launched at The Plant-Based World Expo in NYC with a plant-based frozen food line, frozen sauce line as well as a refrigerated sauce line in a continued effort to “get the food to the people.”
