Join us for an evening of intention and rejuvenation as we kick off Veganuary and the new year with a Bring Your Intentions Yoga Flow! Yoga instructor Jane McIntosh will help us cultivate our focus and awareness of our personal intentions for 2022 through a FREE 60 minute virtual practice.

Jane McIntosh (E-RYT 500) is a passionate vegan activist, nutrition health educator, fitness professional, and yoga teacher.
